    Great customer service. Very organized, efficient, and friendly. I love not having to go to the DMV for trivial things, especially when this AAA location is so close to where I live. People were coming in just to say hi to their favorite agents, which I think goes to show how valued they are by their customers.

    john osgood should be promoted to platinum - came out on a call for a real tough job --my 1955 lincoln capri had a flat tire the car has been sitting for a awhile - john worked a herculean effort that i believe noone without his experience could have completed - john is why AAA is the greatest in the business !! thank you brother for all your help - great karma ahead for helping folks - thanks AAA -- big john god bless-

    Jasmin fu was my agent for almost 20 years now she has been of great help and explained everything very clearly. She also responded very quickly and was very efficient with her work. Now that she is not in your company I find it inconvenient since other agents take a long time to respond. How you fired her was not right. I wish she was back in your company and serve us again.

    I have been going to this AAA office since 2008. The staff there are friendly and helpful. My agent Jasmine is very knowledgeable and attentive to her clients' needs. She is patient whenever we have questions or concerns and goes above and beyond to find us the best deal. I am very satisfied with her services and will continue to use her as our agent going forward.
